This page lets you request deletion of your Quote2Go: Invoice & Billing account and the data associated with it. You can submit a request whether you currently have the app installed or not.
If you simply want to remove the app from your device, uninstalling it from Google Play or the App Store will stop the app from running, but it will not remove the data already stored in our backend. To have that data removed as well, follow the steps on this page.
You can request one of the following:
2.1 Delete My Account and All My Data
We permanently delete your account credentials and all data linked to it — your business profile, customers, products, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts, payment records, stock entries and any uploaded images or PDFs. After this is processed, you will not be able to sign in again and your data cannot be recovered.
2.2 Delete My Data, Keep My Account
We delete the business data described above, but keep your account credentials so you can continue to sign in with a fresh, empty workspace. This is useful if you want to start over but keep the same login.

When we process your account deletion request, the following are permanently removed from our backend:
If you chose "Delete My Data, Keep My Account" (Section 2.2), everything above is deleted except your authentication record, so that you can sign in again with the same credentials into a fresh empty workspace.
Even after you request deletion, a small amount of data may be retained — only where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate operational need that we must disclose to you:
5.1 Statutory tax retention (India — GST Act)
Under the Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, businesses are required to retain books of account and tax-invoice records for a minimum period (currently 72 months / 6 years from the due date of the relevant annual return, with longer periods if disputes are pending). Where we are obliged to retain this on behalf of you or in our own capacity, the records are kept in restricted, archived storage that is no longer linked to an active user profile and is only accessible if required by a tax authority.
5.2 Anonymised analytics
Usage data that has been fully anonymised and cannot be linked back to you (for example, "X invoices were created across all users last month") may continue to be retained for product improvement.
5.3 Fraud and abuse records
If your account was subject to a security or abuse investigation, a minimal record (account ID, action taken, date) may be retained to enforce our Terms of Service and prevent re-registration of abusive accounts.

These timelines are aligned with Google Play's data-deletion policy and standard data-protection practice.
Once your request is fully processed:
8.1 Active subscription
If you have an active Gold or Platinum subscription, please cancel it through Google Play or the App Store before requesting deletion, otherwise your billing channel may continue to charge you. We cannot cancel store-side subscriptions on your behalf — that is controlled by Google and Apple.
8.2 Multi-user / shared accounts
If your account has team members or other users with access, deleting the owner account also removes their access to the shared workspace. Please notify your team in advance.
8.3 No reversal
Account and data deletion is permanent. Once we confirm completion, the data cannot be restored — please make sure you have downloaded copies of any documents you want to keep before submitting the request.
8.4 Children
If a deletion request concerns an account belonging to a child under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), it must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We will give such requests priority.
